Can I get a building permit before the City has accepted my subdivision?
The City of Fate strives to make processes easier, more predictable and fair for all that are in accordance with City ordinances, which in short states, early building permits shall not be released until all required improvements have been installed, inspected, and accepted. Required improvements include but are not limited to: site sanitation; required landscaping installed and grass cover established; as-built PDF plans, AutoCAD, and ESRI shapefiles submitted; field grading verification's performed; and maintenance bonds filed.
