General Info - How do I get feedback from the City regarding an idea I have for developing a property?

The best way is to schedule a meeting with the Development Review Committee (DRC). Each project is granted one free DRC meeting, thereafter a fee of $300 will apply. For you to get the most out of meeting with the DRC please come prepared with conceptual drawings (i.e. site plan, landscape plan, building elevation plan, open space/pedestrian plan, etc.).
