If I am a minor with an alcohol violation or under 18 with a tobacco violation, what do I need to do?

You are required by state law to appear before a judge. If you are under 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A court date/time will be mailed to you at the address on your citation, therefore you are not required to appear within 20 days. It is your responsibility to notify the court if you have a change of address. You may get additional information by reviewing the Local Rules document.
