Rockwall County and the Texas Department of Transportation are conducting a public meeting with both in-person and virtual options to discuss and receive input on the Rockwall County Outer Loop project. A feasibility study is being conducted for a 12-mile, new location roadway from FM 1138 to SH 205 in Rockwall County, Texas. The study includes evaluating alternatives within or near the cities of Fate, Royse City, McLendon-Chisholm, and Rockwall through Rockwall County. The purpose of the meeting is to present proposed project alignments within the study area and receive public feedback.
The in-person public meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The virtual public meeting will begin on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. and remain online through Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. on Rockwall County’s project website at: https://rockwallcountytexas.com/loop. The virtual public meeting is not a live event. All meeting materials will be presented at both the virtual and in-person public meeting.
