Building Inspection
The mission of the Building Inspections Department is to ensure that minimum requirements established through the ICC are met to safeguard the public health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Fate.

The City's Finance department provides analysis and administrative support to all departments as well as external users and is responsible for the management and direction of Finance.

Human Resources

Information Technology
The Information Technology Department is dedicated to providing and supporting reliable technologies and services, in the most cost-effective manner, to the various City of Fate departments. This includes the evaluation, selection, installation and maintenance of the hardware and software, necessary to provide both the information and the technology-based services required, for city staff to better serve the citizens of Fate.

Municipal Court
The Fate Municipal Court has jurisdiction over Class C Misdemeanors and City Ordinance Violations that occur within the corporate city limits and are punishable by fine only.
